The Villas

Patina runs 90 beach and water villas plus 20 Fari Studios across a 42-hectare island, all designed by Brazilian firm Studio MK27 (Marcio Kogan). The flat-roofed contemporary architecture is the signature look — minimalist, low-slung, with a heavy timber palette. Most villas have private pools.

Dining

The resort fields 11 dining concepts on the island, including chef-led venues like Roots, Tum Tum, and the Italian Veli. Patina's bar programme has won awards from the Asia's 50 Best list.

The Fari Marina

Patina shares the master-planned Fari Islands development with sister Capella property next door, anchored by the Fari Marina Village — a public-style waterfront with retail, cafes, and a marina that hosts visiting yachts.

Logistics

Transfer is a 45-minute closed speedboat from Velana International Airport. The resort sits on Rah Falhu Huraa in North Malé Atoll.
