The Villas

NIVA Kuramathi runs 290 villas across a 1.8km-long island — Beach Villas, Garden Villas, Pool Villas, and a long over-water chain in three categories with private pools. The scale is unusual: among the larger inventories in the Maldives.

Dining

The line-up runs eight restaurants and bars, including the all-day Inguru and the over-water Reef Restaurant. The resort runs a Premium All-Inclusive plan that bundles dining and house drinks across all venues.

Diving & House Reef

The location in Rasdhoo / North Ari is dive-strong: an in-house Werner Lau dive centre, hammerhead encounters at Rasdhoo Madivaru in season, and a long house reef along the western edge of the island.

Logistics

Transfer is a 20-minute seaplane from Velana International Airport, or a domestic flight to Rasdhoo Airport (when scheduled). The resort is operated by Universal Resorts and now distributes under Hilton's Small Luxury Hotels of the World programme as NIVA Kuramathi.
