The Villas

Heritance Aarah runs 150 villas — Beach Villas with private gardens, Beach Villas with Pools, Ocean Suites and Ocean Suites with Pools out on the over-water jetty. A subset of inventory is set aside for adults-only stays.

Dining

Seven restaurants and five bars, all included in the Premium All-Inclusive rate: the all-day Spice (international), Athiri (à la carte Maldivian), Carnivore (grill), Atulan (Indian), Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef-led private dining, and the iconic over-water Dhonveli Bar.

Programme

The Heritance Spa runs the wellness side. The 35-acre island is small enough to walk in 25 minutes — the resort markets itself on relaxed pacing rather than vast facilities lists.

Logistics

Transfer is a 40-minute seaplane from Velana International Airport. The resort is owned by the Sri Lanka-listed Aitken Spence Hotels and opened in late 2018.
