The Studios & Villas

Kandima runs 264 keys across an unusually broad spread — Sky and Beach Studios, Beach Villas with private pools, Two- and Three-Bedroom Beach Villas, and Aqua Villas with private pools and direct lagoon access. Categories explicitly target both younger guests and families.

Dining

Ten venues spread across the island, including Sea Dragon (pan-Asian), Smoked (BBQ), Forbidden Bar, Aroi (Thai), and the Beach Club for daytime food and music. The Aroma Café and the over-water Aqua Bar handle drinks.

Programme

Kandima emphasises the activity layer over villa-time — kids and teen clubs, a 60-metre infinity pool, a long beach with watersports, and an inhouse photography studio.

Logistics

Transfer is a 30-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport to Dhaalu Airport plus a 20-minute speedboat. The resort is operated by Pulse Hotels & Resorts (Maldives-based group) and opened in 2017.
