Experience Freediving at One&Only Reethi Rah Maldives Resort

One&Only Reethi Rah is offering guests the opportunity to experience the underwater world through year-round freediving courses. The programmes are led by PADI-certified instructors and are available for different experience levels.

The courses allow guests to explore the surrounding waters without the use of scuba equipment. Both beginners and experienced divers can participate and learn freediving techniques while exploring the marine environment.

The Maldives is home to one of the most diverse marine ecosystems in the world. The country has the seventh largest reef system globally, covering 3.14% of the planet’s reef area.

The courses are designed to introduce participants to freediving techniques and provide guidance from certified instructors.

One&Only Reethi Rah is an all-villa resort located in the Maldives. The property features 118 villas and is situated on a private island.

The island includes six kilometres of white sand beaches and several dining venues. The resort also offers a spa programme and recreational facilities at Club One, which includes a rock-climbing wall, tennis courts and a water sports centre.
