The standouts for toddlers: Siyam World has the Maldives' largest kids' waterpark and a dedicated toddler area. Kandima is brilliant for families — huge island, kids club from age 1, and a shallow lagoon that's basically a natural paddling pool. Niyama Private Islands has the Explorers kids club (ages 1-12) with marine biologists running activities. Centara Grand has a kids' waterpark and family rooms. For luxury, One&Only Reethi Rah's KidsOnly club is exceptional. Key tip: choose a resort with a large, shallow lagoon — toddlers will spend most of their time in the water, and you want it calm and knee-deep.
